Prints Bridges letterhead and envelopes. All enclosures are printed on Bridges letterhead.
Maintains the Villas front yards on Calle Portone, Corte Spagna, and Corte Fresco; HOA slopes; and parks on Calle Portone and Calle Stellina. For the Villas only: HOA maintains front yards; the homeowner maintains the rear yard. Irrigation 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM; lights 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

The Golf Club maintains entry nodes 1, 2, and 3, the Unit 6 park, and the avocado grove on Ponte Bella. Not HOA-maintained.
The address number on the home is the homeowner's responsibility. Common-area light checks are performed the first Tuesday of each month by the Association's electrical contractor; extinguished bulbs in HOA-maintained areas are changed the next day.

Deliveries are accepted at the Main Gate from 7 AM to 8 PM. After-hours deliveries require the resident to notify the Main Gate in advance, or access will not be granted. Special arrangements (furniture, oversized loads) must be coordinated by the resident with the Guardhouse: 858-759-7208.
Recognized parcel and delivery services include Amazon, FedEx (account 96500, 800-933-2525 x13206), UPS, and USPS.

Mailbox keys (2 per lot) are distributed by the Gate Attendant. Owners are responsible for providing keys to the new owner when a home is sold.
The community welcome package is mailed First Class to new owners.
