Monthly financial statements

Monthly financial statements as prepared by Walters Management and reviewed by the Board in accordance with California Civil Code §5500.

Additional monthly statements and the annual financial review (audit) are maintained by Walters Management. Residents may request specific months via mmonahan@waltersmanagement.com.

Reserve Studies

Reserve studies

Reserve studies forecast the long-term capital replacement needs of the community's common-area assets. The master study covers the Association as a whole; sub-area studies cover specific zones with their own reserve allocations.

All reserve studies posted below are draft versions prepared by Reserve Analyst Matthew Swain.
