A window decal sticker identifies members and homeowners for access. Decals should be placed in the lower corner of the driver-side windshield. Residents and members have priority at the gate.
The Main Gate receives a daily guest list. Listed guests are issued a Guest Pass with the sponsor's name and date. If a guest is not listed, the gate will call the sponsor for confirmation.
Homeowners may provide names of recurring guests to be added to the Permanent List maintained at the guardhouse. Permanent-list guests are still issued a Guest Pass for the duration of their visit.
Delivery hours are 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, 7 days a week. Recognized parcel services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon) and utility providers (cable, SDG&E, water district, sewer, communications) have access during these hours. After-hours deliveries require the resident to notify the Main Gate in advance. Food delivery drivers must present a valid driver's license.
Vehicle passes are issued based on the time required for the job and are not to exceed one month. The Guard Officer records the resident or company name, worker's name, vehicle license, vehicle description, and expiration date. Resident service codes include HK (Housekeeping), GS (Garden), MS (Misc. Services), PS (Pool), CT (Caretaker), and LS (Landscaper).
Real estate agents who do not represent a homeowner must be approved and escorted by the homeowner's agent. Agents must accompany all prospective buyers for the duration of their tour. Individuals interested in Golf Club membership must be admitted by Club Management — not by the gate.
For any life-safety emergency, contact 911 directly before calling the gate.
