- When is trash pickup?
- Each Thursday — not Monday. Bins should be set out the evening before and returned the same day they are emptied.
- What is the community speed limit?
- 20 MPH within the community. Please come to a full stop at every posted stop sign. See the Vehicular & Traffic Regulations.
- How do I authorize a visitor or delivery?
- Call the Main Gate at 858-759-7208. The gate is staffed 24 hours. For recurring guests, ask community management to add them to the Permanent Guest List.
- What are the delivery hours?
- 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, 7 days a week. Outside those hours, residents must notify the Main Gate in advance.
- Where do I pay assessments?
- Through the Enumerate payment portal, or by contacting Walters Management at 858-576-5595.
- How do I begin a design review?
- See the Design page. Plans are submitted through community management and routed to the Architectural Review Committee.
- How do I sign up for emergency notifications?
- Register your cell phone and email through the Walters Management homeowner portal. This supplements — but does not replace — Alert San Diego.
- Who do I call after hours?
- For life-safety emergencies, call 911. For after-hours association issues, call Walters Management customer service at 858-495-0900. For gate-related issues, call the Main Gate at 858-759-7208.
